Kids will be jumping for joy these school holidays with family-friendly events like WAYJO’s Jazz for Juniors concert and the three day Fairbridge Festival. These events will get your kids experimenting with instruments, tinkering at Scitech and exploring the bush with Dr Doolittle.
WAYJO: Jazz for Juniors
His Majesty's Theatre, 17 & 20 Apr
Debuting in 2017, WAYJO’s Jazz for Juniors concerts enraptured young and old audiences alike. They couldn’t keep up with demand, adding new shows throughout the year and selling out each time. Now they're back! Designed for children 7 years and under, each school holiday will focus on different aspects of jazz music - this time, it's Meet the Jazz Orchestra! The concerts offer child friendly instruments for the kids to try out at the end of each session, plus interactive songs throughout, led by WAYJO’s dynamic band members.

The Karijini Experience is planned to coincide with the school holidays and the best of the Pilbara weather. There’s an array of free and family friendly events spread across the program, focusing on the fusion of art, music, food and culture. Even if you can't make it this year, it's well worth checking out this unique event online.
Dr Dolittle Goes Bush
The Bibbulmun Track, Apr 28
This hands-on event is a great way to get kids amongst nature and away from the X-Box and PlayStation.
