WAAPA Jazz students from across the state have come together to bring the house down for a performance that will have you dancing in your seat for the rest of the day.
84 students recorded a clip of themselves performing the song 'After You've Gone,' composed by Turner Layton with lyrics by Henry Creamer (1918), and arranged by Tom O'Halloran and Jamie Oehlers. It's a joyous song, and the students have had their own fun during recording - keep an eye out for multiple dogs, stray vuvuzelas and a piano-playing horse.
The video shows off a huge array of instruments and talent, including the best of brass, guitars and vocals. There's even a full jazz choir at the end!

It's exciting to see the amount of upcoming jazz talent in WA: they're a group to watch out for in the future for sure.
