Barking Gecko's newest show 'The Snow' premieres in Perth!

Barking Gecko Theatre Company proudly presents their latest production, The Snow. Taking to the stage from June 30 – 15 July at the State Theatre Centre of WA, this is the perfect winter theatre show for the whole family to enjoy.

When an epic snowfall imprisons the residents of the tiny village of Kishka, young Theodora Sutton proposes the villagers build a catapult to fling her and six of the village’s bravest and strongest out in search of a solution. With the catapult hastily assembled, Theodora and the heroes are launched over the snow and into the grandest of adventures. Inspired by Finegan Kruckemeyer’s book, For We the Young, The Snow is a whimsical and humorous, dark and mysterious, heartfelt and sincere story, weaving a fantastical Grimmsian tale for the entire family.
