Brand new Perth Cocktail Festival comes to town

Dedicated to the art of cocktails and mixology, Perth’s first-ever cocktail festival has been announced. Hosted at Crown Parklands on the Burswood foreshore, Perth Cocktail Festival will see some of Perth’s most popular restaurants and bars teaming up from Mar 26 - 28 to celebrate and showcase cocktails of every variety from all over the world. Two Bright Pink Cocktails with lemon and mint in them On board to flaunt their mixology magic so far are local bars Bar Lafayette, Neon Palms, Mechanic’s Institute and Foxtrot Unicorn. All will be hosting their own pop-ups on-site, with more bars set to come on board over the coming weeks. Alongside tastings, masterclasses, karaoke and DJs, there will be a number of themed setups dedicated to your favourite cocktail, including Espresso Martini Land, Sakura Saloon, Once Upon a time in Mexico, Island Time and The Gin Garden. Each one will offer a range of speciality drinks, inspired by a specific region or a certain type of mix. The festival has also partnered with several restaurants across the city to keep cocktail connoisseurs well-fed. Punters will be able to enjoy grazing boards, healthy salads and burgers, along with plenty of gluten free and vegan options.
