Sunday Fun Day and As I See It Exhibition
When: Sunday 20 October, 10am - 2pm Where: WA Shipwrecks Museums The celebrations kick at the WA Shipwrecks Museum with a Sunday Fun Day and As I See It children’s photographic exhibition. This fun-filled day of activities will have the kids exploring some of WA’s oldest known shipwrecks as well as viewing a photographic exhibition created by young children living in care. Once you have finished exploring the museum and viewing the attractions, there are many free activities for children, such as making their own sun visor or taking part in the sun prints workshop.We Love Sharks Fun Day
When: Sunday 27 October, 10am - 2pm Where: WA Maritime Museum The second family-fun day promises a range of shark-themed activities, and kids will have the chance to meet a very special guest, Seamus the Shark, and learn about WA’s fascinating maritime history. Whether you're filled with fear or fascinated by these magnificent creatures, the museum's latest exhibition Planet Shark will take you on a journey of evolution, with a walk-through projection gallery sure to give you a new level of respect for the ocean’s oldest predators. General admission to the WA Maritime Museum will be free on this day, however, fees will apply for the special exhibitions.Images: WA Museum
