The legendary Tentland is returning to the TABtouch Perth Cup on Jan 4 - with a classy new twist!
Tentland was big up until the early 2000s - a day of party-going, socialising and day-drinking beneath a canopy of tepees right on the pristine lawn at Ascot. Now returning for 2020, Tentland Reimagined promises to be the ultimate throwback event, giving attendees the chance to relive the iconic spectacle and celebrate festival-style from noon until the last race.
A highlight in the Perth social calendar, the TABtouch Perth Cup is expected to bring in thousands, with Tentland promising themed tents, food trucks, refreshing summer beverages, all-day live DJs and an exclusive performance from Furnace and the Fundamentals.
For those planning a big day out on Jan 4, you have two options to choose from. Gather your group and get ready for the ultimate party vibe in the Tentland Precinct, which includes general admission to the racecourse and access to the Tentland Precinct, 2 beverage vouchers and a food voucher. Within the Precinct, you can access a range of pop-up bars, food trucks dishing out delicious eats, and DJs spinning fresh tunes all day.
If you're after something a little more exclusive, book in for the VIP Experience at one of Tentland's three specially-themed tents: Gordon's Pink Gin Tent, Byron Bay Brewery Tent, or the Wolf Blass Tent. You'll be welcomed by grazing platters, themed beverages, canapés, a pop-up kitchen, sweet treats and entertainment.

Tentland ticket holders are in for a treat with Furnace and the Fundamentals giving an exclusive performance in the Tentland Precinct. Presenting an eclectic blend of hit songs from The Beatles to Beyoncé, Queen to Daft Punk, Furnace and the Fundamentals will also be taking the stage in the Mounting Yard, lighting up Ascot with a countdown of hits across the decades straight after the last race.
Other highlights on the day include the Champagne Oasis, which will shower guests with free-flowing Mumm Champagne for a refreshing and stylish Cup Day experience. Those wanting something a little more casual can enjoy Ascot's popular bars including the brand new Byron Bay Beer Garden and the Gin Parlour hidden below the spectator booths. Early-bird General Admission tickets are available up until December 29.
