Scitech's Science Centre have announced they will be throwing back open the doors today (July 6) following its closure in March due to COVID.
Returning to normal opening hours, Scitech will be open from 10am - 4pm Monday to Sunday, with a range of interactive science exhibits and experiences that will spark the kids' curiosity and keep them entertained for hours.
In line with COVID-19 restrictions, Scitech will be operating under reduced visitor capacity, so it is recommended that you book ahead online. You can make a booking here - family passes are available, and tickets are valid all day and cover entry to the Science Centre's galleries, Planetarium and Chevron Science Theatre.
Since its establishment in 1988, Scitech has been inspiring young Western Australians to take an interest in science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM), receiving $8.6 million in funding from the State Government every year.
Over the past few months while the Science Centre has been closed, Scitech has continued to deliver programs in schools and has kept thousands of West Australians engaged over its web and social media platforms.
