Busselton is a must for beach lovers – You could spend a month of Sundays just wandering along the azure bay, diving into the water, and munching fish ‘n’ chips on the longest timber jetty in the Southern Hemisphere. But there’s so much more to see and do here – a fantastic package that’s only two and a half hours south of Perth. Rich in history, the calm, crystal-clear waters of the sheltered Geographe Bay, family-orientated resorts and endless kid’s attractions make it a popular destination for a curious mix of young families and retirees. Despite being the largest town in the region, Busselton retains a coastal-country charm and there is plenty to do: walking, basking in the sun, swimming, fishing, snorkelling, stand-up paddle boarding, diving, kayaking and sailing. At sunset, you can often spot dolphins chasing schools of fish along the foreshore. Busselton is also the event-capital for the regions hosting weekend markets, film and music festivals, ocean swims, triathlons, a car rally and more.Explore Busselton & Vasse
