Maintaining a relaxing atmosphere for guests was a key focus in this hotel renovation.
Crown Perth is a fully integrated entertainment precinct, renowned for its world-class facilities, entertainment, premium restaurants and luxury accommodation.
With the renovation to the casino and surrounding zones complete, it was time for Crown Promenade Perth to receive its makeover.
The style had to flow seamlessly from the original areas into the newly refurbished spaces, and it was imperative for the duration of renovations that the hotel could function as usual. This was not only to minimise disruption to guests and visitors but to accelerate the delivery of hotel rooms to maximise capacity.
Swan Group WA took on this task, refurbishing 291 contemporary guest rooms across eight levels, along with the hotel corridors, foyer and business centre, in just 18 weeks.
But the challenge did not stop there, Swan Group WA was also required to return
a completed hotel room each week throughout the construction program.
Each of these superior twin rooms, superior king rooms, spa studio rooms, and suites had individual styles to convey high levels of quality.
To achieve this, Swan Group WA closely collaborated with Crown's domestic suppliers of furniture to create a polished finish.
In the lobby, the existing stone cladding was removed and replaced with a crisp white 3D tile feature wall, and Swan Group WA employed a solar reflective film to the foyer high-level glazed atrium roof. High specification feature wallpaper was introduced in the corridors and hotel rooms, and Belbien vinyl within the lift cars.
The result is a stylish destination that heightens Crown's reputation as a hotel that provides guests with modern luxury and traditional service.
