While the Truffle Kerfuffle has been bringing truffle lovers together in Manjimup for over 15 years now, 2026’s celebrations are set to venture to Perth for the inaugural Truffle Kerfuffle Dinner Series.
This July, four exclusive dining experiences take over four of Perth’s finest restaurants for a series of indulgent long lunches and dinners, all built around fresh Manjimup black Périgord truffle.

Fallow
On Saturday, July 4, the beloved Northbridge staple Fallow hosts an intimate masterclass followed by a long lunch as part of the Truffle Kerfuffle.
Inside the two-storey heritage building, chef Stuart Laws will walk visitors through Berkshire pork, fresh Manjimup truffles and the art of sausage-making in the Berkshire Pork and Truffle Sausage Masterclass, with cocktails and canapés offered on arrival.
Following the Masterclass is the Berkshire Pork and Truffle Long Lunch, comprised of four courses all built around the deep richness of Black Label Berkshire pork and the earthy WA truffle, cooked over Fallow’s signature fire.

Head Chef Callum Mackechnie will showcase premium truffles on every dish of a five-course menu for a truly exclusive event – tickets go on sale on Wednesday, June 3.

Sandalford Wines welcomes diners to the Truffle Kerfuffle with a gourmet food and wine experience amongst their celebrated vineyards on Saturday, July 18.
Head to the Estate Room where Executive Chef Alan Spagnolo has created a menu of winter indulgence built around Périgord black truffles from WA’s first truffière, Truffle Hill.
The long lunch will also feature live cooking stations, and a five-course menu with considered wine pairings, and a rich menu ranging from slow-braised beef cheek to Valrhona chocolate with truffle-infused honey.
Visitors will have the chance to hear the stories of Truffle Hill growers and wine experts; plus, there’s a truffle boutique to wrap up the night, where fresh truffles and truffle condiments are available for purchase.
