Involving the clients throughout every step of the renovation process, Albourne Projects believes communication is key.

Regarding the client as part of the team, rather than just the customer, is a key part of the renovation process for Albourne Projects.

The company chooses to let the clients get involved with the project, working together for the best possible outcome, while still managing the renovation from conception to completion.

Albourne Projects makes sure there is one primary point of contact through the entire process, creating a streamlined experience with an emphasis on communication with each client.

With 30 years of experience in the building industry, there is no renovation too complex for this West Australian-owned and operated company.

WINTHROP

Working in a close relationship with the client, Albourne Projects created a design that exudes the highest of standards and style while adhering to a strict budget.

The original 1970s bathroom was in dire need of a modern facelift to erase the effects of time and give it a fresh modern look.

Floor-to-ceiling porcelain tiles give the bathroom a spacious feel, complemented by a feature wall covered in chocolate-brown mosaics. This effect frames the Timberline wall-hung vanity and large mirror while giving the bathroom an air of luxury.

A custom-built frameless shower cubicle is functional yet permeable and, with the placement of the Kaldewei steel enamel bathtub in the corner, enhances the spaciousness of the room.

Continuing the clever, well-considered use of space, a wall-hung slimline cabinet to the side of the vanity provides a practical storage solution without cluttering the room.

Finished with best quality fittings and fixtures including F.lli Frattini tapware, a Radiant Heater towel ladder, and Targa wall bracket lighting fixtures, this bathroom now radiates a modern appeal akin to that of a five-star hotel.
