Iconic Fremantle Brewery Little Creatures is turning 20 and they’re inviting everyone along to celebrate! Setting aside the weekend of Nov 28 & 29, the whole harbourside venue will be taken over by local performers, DJ’s, local art exhibitions, competitions and more.
They’ve brewed up a brand new beer just for the event, the Celebration Ale, which you can be one of the first to taste. There’s plenty for kids to enjoy as well, with face painting, pizza and kids entertainment during the day.
Catch a special gin and cider experience on the terrace both Saturday and Sunday, and get a dose of laughter with live comedy on site Sunday night.
Little Creatures began 20 years ago as a plan between beer-loving mates, transforming a massive shed, previously used as a crocodile farm, into a brewery on the water’s edge. They’ve now expanded, with the original venue growing in size, as well as a second brewery in Geelong, Victoria, opened in 2013.
Both breweries achieved carbon neutral accreditation in April this year, so you can enjoy a local brew knowing that the energy from production has been offset. They’ve also announced they’re donating $20,000 to GIVIT’s COVID-19 Appeal, to kick off their 20th Birthday Celebrations, which goes towards supporting people across Australia to assist them with much-needed household items during this tumultuous period.
Check out the Little Creatures Website for more information about their birthday celebrations, and keep an eye out on social media as they announce the weekend lineup!
