Award-winning Western Australian artist Joanne Duffy's paintings draw inspiration from her childhood experiences of rural WA, and the love of native flora and its environment. Joanne's abstract expressionist style explores her interests in our landscape and the emotional responses and memories it evokes within us. Her intense use of colour and sweeping brush marks create a sense of movement within her paintings, evoking glimpses of Australia's rural landscape. The resulting artworks are reflective, and full of vitality, intense colour and emotion. An award-winning artist, Joanne has work held in private and public collections through Australia, Singapore, Germany and Malaysia. These works are available direct, or from representing galleries The Studio Gallery in Yallingup, and Gallery 360 in Subiaco. Bespoke artwork through private commission is welcome.
