Instead of blending in with the heavy flow of foot traffic, Karrinyup Shopping Centre’s information kiosk stands out, with its striking black-and-white frontage, clean lines and soft finishes.
High-quality, neutral materials were utilised to give this information kiosk an organic, minimalist feel.
Located at a key three-way junction at the David Jones end of the centre, the kiosk was designed and constructed to reflect the shopping centre's reputation for providing exceptional customer service and a pleasant shopping experience.
With its location in mind, the design ensured the outlet was multi-directional, with various access points for customer interaction.
Clearly identifiable signage was employed to the facade to make sure the kiosk was not lost against the neighbouring retail giants. Wayfinding technology was then introduced to help shoppers navigate through the centre, and enhance their retail journey.
To achieve the quality finish, West Coast Shopfitting used timber-veneer, Corian surfacing, and 2-pak paint.
