Hylin

West Leederville

Hylin is a cosy establishment modelled on New York City’s iconic High Line. Serving brunch that’s as tasty as it is pretty and brewing Micrology coffee, Hylin keeps things simple and delicious with specials such as seasonal bruschetta changing on the regular. After brunch, Hylin also has a small bar hidden away serving cocktails, craft beers, and bar snacks until late. Open seven days a week.

Finlay & Sons

Inglewood

With a focus on community, family, and good wholesome food, Finlay & Sons serves up brunch to feed big kids and little kids alike. Bring along the family and the dog too, to enjoy traditional brunch delights like poached eggs on avocado smash, French toast, and porridge with a coffee on the side. If you’re extra hungry, they serve delicious chicken burgers, and of course the classic bacon and egg roll. Open all week, 7am until 2pm, with walk-ins welcome.

The Little Bay

Watermans Bay

Cool, neutral beachy tones make The Little Bay the perfect place for a tranquil brunch and coffee. Located just steps from the ocean at Watermans Bay and serving a simple, locally-sourced menu, we recommend giving their delicious mushroom filo and slow-cooked pork benedict a try for the perfect satisfying brunch. Pouring Locale’s Blend N°143 coffee and serving more boozy offerings at lunch time, The Little Bay is open Monday to Wednesday & Friday, 6am to 4pm, Saturday & Sunday, 6am to 5pm, and closed Thursdays.

Chubby Boy

Inglewood

If you’re looking for a Japanese-inspired, sweet spot for brunch, look no further than Chubby Boy in Inglewood. Famous for their shokupan toasts and filled croissants, Chubby Boy is the perfect place to satisfy a sweet tooth alongside a specialty colourful latte, fresh pressed juice, or bubble tea. Open 7am to 6pm Monday to Saturday, and 7am to 5am on Sunday.

Mary St Bakery

City Beach (and others!)

Widely known as Perth’s favourite bakery, Mary Street serves as a testament to how good fresh-baked pastries and a cup of coffee can be. Located in City Beach and with other branches all around Perth, Mary Street Bakery is a brunch spot that serves traditional brunch food like eggs on home-baked toast, and more unique options like fried chicken bao and beef brisket sandwiches. Open from 7am until 4pm, all week long.
