Ever wanted to try your hand at Hip Hop Yoga? On Thursday July 30, you can give it a go from the comfort of your own home studio with a virtual Hip Hop Yoga session led by queen of Hip Hop Yoga, Kaye Waterhouse.
Presented by MSWA, the sessions align with the International Day of Friendship, so it’s a good excuse to get a couple of pals together and have fun while keeping fit!
Hailed the Queen of Hip Hop Yoga, Kaye Waterhouse runs regular classes at Vital Beat Yoga. Her unique classes blend the mind and body strengthening of yoga with the strong bass lines and uplifting vibes of Hip Hop music. The classes present an opportunity for you to step onto the mat, crank up the volume, and let your breath and the bass guide you through an invigorating practice.
Sessions are open to all ages and experiences levels, so even if you’ve never done yoga before, you’ll be stretching it up in no time. There will be two sessions on Thursday July 30 as follows:
Session One
11am start
$10 per person
Session Two
7pm start
$10 per person
Looking to upgrade your practice? If you'd like to be one of only 22 people to join Kaye in her Midland studio for either session, just upgrade to our $20 VIP option.
