Formally known as The Raw Kitchen, Mother is a Fremantle institution known for its vegan eats, cool warehouse vibes and progressive interpretation of the restaurant experience. Owned by couple Emma and Heath, the reopening and refitting of this plant-based food and wine hub brings with it a fresh dinner menu inspired by modern Mediterranean cuisine. Ramen Ichiraku, Perth


Ramen Ichiraku offers a full vegan menu that features crowd favourite, Shoyu truffle ramen, as well as bento boxes and even faux karaage chicken.
