It’s time to dig out that Darth Vader costume and experience Star Wars like never before. This Friday & Saturday, the iconic film will be showing on the giant screen with John Williams’ Oscar-winning score played live by WA Symphony Orchestra. More than 90 musicians will be performing with big brass sections, lots of percussion and as many strings as they can fit on the stage; creating an immersive atmosphere that will almost transcend you into the movie itself.

The high-quality food and service provided by each of the following locations, is sure to make your day one to remember.
Perth Concert Hall:
The Perth Concert Hall foyer supplies drinks, coffee, snacks and light meals at the bar 2 hours before, during interval and after each WASO evening performance. To save your time and instead of waiting in the queue, it is recommended that you pre-order your interval drinks so your drinks will be waiting for you when you arrive at the hall. The Cafe at the hall is now open as well, with a fresh new look and a multitude of tasty treats, including barista coffee, delicious cakes, and even dinner options after any WASO concert.
You can also enjoy a Buffet in the Wardle Room on level one. The Buffet is served following the Morning Symphony performances and can be purchased for $21 AU. For most evening concerts, the Buffet is served from 5.30 pm to 7.30 pm before the performance and can be purchased on the night for $31 with no bookings necessary.
Langley Park:
Located towards the east of Perth City, Langley Park is within range of great cafes and a wide selection of both formal and informal restaurants, including Hyatt’s Friends Restaurant and a variety of amazing Italian and Asian eateries.
Riverside Theatre:
Located along the Swan River, the Riverside Theatre is in close proximity to the Esplanade’s well known favourites such as The Reveley- a great option for drink and dinner whilst looking over the Swan River. The George offers a mix of cakes, food and drinks or if you’re looking for a fine dining experience, Balthazar Restaurant comes highly recommended and is located only a short walk away from Elizabeth Quay and the CBD.

May the Force be with you! Sit back and enjoy an escape from reality with WASO’s performance of Star Wars on the big screen with John Williams’ out of this world score played live at the Riverside Theatre.
Take a trip back in time and journey with Luke Skywalker as he begins his quest through the galaxy, fighting epic battles against the dark side and learning what it takes to conquer the way of the force. A New Hope in concert is one not to miss, John Williams’ Oscar winning score will be performed by the West Symphony Orchestra live, conducted by Benjamin Northey, to the complete Star Wars film.
The performance does include subtitles on the screen.

Ticket pricing ranges from $51 AU to $112.15 AU, with a one-off service and handling fee from $7.55 per transaction, which applies on all purchases.
