Paul has more than 10 years' fine dining experience in kitchens across Australia, while Ciaran has a rich family history in Spanish cooking and tradition.

Since launching in the summer of 2011, Simply Paella has quickly established itself as one of the industry leaders in fine Spanish cuisine and is a regular at local street festivals.
