Dessert doesn’t have to be boring, and Perth is filled with unique and innovative options for those with a super-sweet tooth. Here’s our favourite spots around Perth that serve up desserts and treats, from boba pancakes to Korean shaved ice.

Kumo

Kumo

These are not your standard pancakes – Kumo soufflé pancakes are so fluffy and decadent that it even earned themselves a 2022 Readers Choice Award from the Australian Good Food Guide. What makes them so good? They are traditional Japanese street style soufflé pancakes paired with cream and decadent toppings. The crowd favourite is the boba brûlée bomb, with caramelised custard, boba pearls, and black sugar syrup. They are open 4pm to 9.30pm from Monday to Thursday, 4pm to 10pm Friday, 12pm to 10pm Saturday, and Sunday 12pm to 10.30pm.
