On Monday, October 11, Western Australia’s top hospitality venues, operators and service people received honours at the 2026 AHA & Coca-Cola Hospitality Awards for Excellence.

The awards presentation at the Stone & Wood Gala Ball was attended by over 1,200 guests, with a record 727 nominations received for this year’s awards from venues and individuals across WA.

Some of the night’s biggest winners included the Nokturnl Hospitality Group (The Beaufort, The Old Synagogue, Stories, The Station, and The Queen’s Arms), named WA’s Best Group Venue Operator, Margaret River’s Settlers Tavern, named WA’s Best Regional Venue, and Stories, named Perth’s Best Venue.

Two new Hall of Fame inductees were also recognised, having put together three consecutive wins in their categories. Beloved Cottesloe restaurant Gibney was inducted into the Hall of Fame for the Superior Restaurant Award and Wine List Award, while Broome’s Roebuck Bay Hotel saw their own Tamara Burchell inducted into the Venue Manager Hall of Fame.

Inaugural awards for Apprentice Chefs and Traditional Country Pubs were introduced this year, won by Anton Fedorov of The Amberton Beach Bar & Kitchen and the Corrigin Hotel respectively.

AHA(WA) CEO Bradley Woods AM remarked on the breadth of talent and vibrancy of the hospitality industry showcased by the awards.

“Hospitality is an industry built around people, with success relying on the skill, dedication and professionalism of those working in venues throughout WA,” Mr Woods said. “These awards recognise the people and businesses that set the standard for our industry.”
