Pitcher and Iron, Subiaco
With a reputation for the best waffles in Perth, Subiaco’s Pitcher and Iron use the freshest ingredients to produce the most decadent waffles. Choose the lighter and crispier Brussels waffle or a thicker more bread-like Liege waffle topped with your favourite toppings ranging from nutella, fresh strawberries, banana, ice cream and so much more! No one is leaving the table unsatisfied.
Pitcher and Iron’s location makes it easy to reach by any transport, and they are open Wednesday to Friday from 3pm – 9:30pm, and 11am – 9:30pm on weekends.

Geláre, West Perth
Geláre boasts numerous locations throughout Western Australia, so you are sure to find one close to you! They serve freshly baked waffles everyday as well as barista made coffee, and some of the best ice cream. Geláre have over 10+ mouthwatering waffles to choose from on their menu including strawberries and cream, kinder bueno, mud pie just to name a few!
They are open Monday to Friday, 6:30am to 4:30pm, Saturday from 7am to 4:30pm and Sunday from 10am to 4:30pm.
Sayers Sister, North Perth
Hailing from the same owners of Sayers Leederville, it’s no wonder this café is one of Perth’s most highly regarded brunch spots. Serving up an amazing selection of breakfast and lunch options, Sayers Sister’s Nutella cheesecake waffles are one to beat. Topped with decadent Nutella cream cheese, vanilla ice cream, and caramelised white chocolate crumble these waffles are going to be hard to top. The café is also known for its top-notch coffee and welcoming ambience, what more could you ask for?
Sayers Sister is open 6:30 am-2:30 pm every day for Breakfast and Lunch.
Muffle & Co, Fremantle Markets
A hybrid between a waffle and a muffin, the people at Muffle & Co specialise in this extravagant creation. The warm and chewy dough provides you with the perfect vessel to enjoy the assorted sweet and savoury fillings stuffed inside. Some of the flavours on offer include banoffee pie, Ferrero, or Daifuku, a mochi waffle filled with red bean paste and matcha ice cream. If you’re more of a savoury person, why not try smoked salmon or bacon and cheese?
Currently serving only in their Fremantle Markets stall, they plan on expanding to more spots across Perth. Muffle & Co serves up fresh Muffles every Friday to Sunday 9am – 6 pm.
Il Lido, Cottesloe
If a savoury breakfast is more your cup of tea, Il Lido is serving up a savoury twist on your favourite breakfast. Their duck and waffle served topped with poached egg, pancetta, and ancho chilli maple syrup honours their favourite London dining spot, the famous Duck & Waffle. Stroll from your morning dip at Cottesloe beach over the road and enjoy your waffle paired with their locally roasted Mano-A-Mano coffee.
