Modern coastal restaurant Pearla invites visitors to gather around the fire and indulge in comforting and elevated plates this winter, headlined with the inaugural one-night-only Winter Solstice Dinner on Saturday, June 20.

Cooked over open flame and under the stars in the North Fremantle Piazza opposite the restaurant, Pearla sets to turn the longest night of the year into a celebration of community.

Owner and executive chef Scott Bridger spoke of the event, saying, “We wanted to create a night that feels special and a little bit magic – good people gathered close, great produce over the coals, and the warmth of the fire inspiring great conversation and memories to last a lifetime.”

The set menu includes a whole fish hung over flame for hours and broken down to share, paired with smoked oysters from the coals, rotisserie Fremantle octopus and an ‘Ashes’ black sesame and burnt white chocolate dessert.

Pearla will also roll out winter weekly specials to ring in the season – think BYO Wednesdays (no corkage fee), $30 Moules Frites on Thursdays, and limited seatings on Sundays of Shellfish Lasagna to share.
